QR Pro is a free app and does not include dedicated one-to-one support. We read App Store reviews and use them to guide fixes and improvements.
Camera scanning
Make sure camera permission is enabled for QR Pro in Settings. On platforms without camera access, import an image or file instead.
iCloud Sync
Confirm iCloud is enabled on each device and restart QR Pro after changing sync settings.
Opening codes
QR Pro shows code contents before opening them. Some code types may require another app or system permission.
