Make sure camera permission is enabled for QR Pro in Settings. On platforms without camera access, import an image or file instead.
iCloud Sync
Confirm iCloud is enabled on each device and restart QR Pro after changing sync settings.
Opening codes
QR Pro shows code contents before opening them. Some code types may require another app or system permission.
Paste an image
Copy an image, then open the Scan tab. On Mac, press Command-V. On iPhone or iPad, tap the Paste button. Copy the image itself, not just its web address.
Safari extension
Enable QR Pro in Safari’s Extensions settings. On iPhone or iPad, find these in Settings > Apps > Safari; on Mac, choose Safari > Settings > Extensions. Then open the extension on a webpage to create its QR code.
